Prime grade Virgin material is being used for moulding good quality product and moulding on high quality standard line of moulding machined and auxillaries equipment with super precision moulds, ensuring lowest drop of IV, maintaining good level of AA, offering preforms with high clarity and gloss surface.

Preform wall thickness within range of +0.12mm ensures uniform distribution of material and allows blower to blow to it's fullest and advise maximum stregnth to weight ratio.

We at SUSHI, focused mainly on wide mouth Jar preform and preforms for mineral water & beverages.

Currently available in sizes of 73mm, 83mm, 96mm, 110mm, 120mm in various gram options. 

SUSHI has INTRODUCED thin wall containers for hygienic food packaging, which have high demand both in domestic as well as overseas market. 

These are available in transperent, opaque, white and black colors. However, colors can be customised as per the customer's requirement.

Thin walled packaging products are largely used for yogurt cups, frozen foods packaging, vegitables packaging, bakery, liquid items, ensuring no-leakage with safety in handling and storage. Also used for restaurant take aways.
